Description

This module aims to assist students to be in a position to demonstrate a basic ability in the use of the skills needed to perform tasks and transactions in their substantive contexts effectively. They should also be able to explain the principles and criteria that underpin good performance in these skills and be able to apply the skills in a variety of settings. It aims to assist students in understanding the need for thorough investigation of the factual and legal issues involved in a client's matter, the need for preparation and the best way to undertake it.
